Payments made online are processed via Paypal. We do not hold your credit card details for future transactions.

All items offered are subject to availability at the time of ordering. However, should and item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and the Hereford Gift Company Ltd will notify you accordingly.
We reserve the right to vary our prices due to future fluctuations in cost, however if a purchase has been made, and there for a contract has been entered into, we agree to supply goods at the published price.

Simply browse through our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘check out’ and you will be directed to Paypal, where you will be able to complete your order.
Delivery and Handling
All postage costs are calculated at the checkout and are based on size of order and destinations.
Returns
We hope that you are pleased with your purchase from the Hereford Gift Co Ltd. However, we understand that there are occasions when you need to return the goods to us,
If you are not completely happy with your product, you can return goods purchased from us under our 10 day returns policy defined as 10 working days from the delivery date. We will issue a full refund for the value of the product.
When you return an item to the Hereford Gift Company, it is important to us that you return it unused, with all hang tags attached and in its original condition.
For your own benefit, it is essential that you obtain a proof of postage in the event that the package gets lost in transit.
To return an item
Simply follow these steps and we can make sure you get your refund as soon as possible.
1. Email returns@herefordgiftcompany.co.uk telling us what you want to return. Include you name, address and contact email. List the item and price along with the reason for return.
2. Within 24 hours you should receive a confirmation email.
3. Pack up the item well and include a copy of the invoice along with the confirmation email in the parcel.
